Led by the Quaker testimonies of peace, equality, and stewardship our students enjoy a safe, nurturing environment where classmates are family, and everyone is respected and accepted as an important member of
the community.

Academically, our students excel and move on to various high schools well prepared for honors and advanced placement classes. They often stand out among their peers as highly motivated students, who possess a high level of compassion, a sense of caring for others, strong academic skills, and the ability to think critically.

The mission of our school is to provide an affordable, quality education to all of our students, and it is a constant challenge to maintain a lower tuition rate, while offering a high quality curriculum in an ever-changing world. Friends Academy has felt the effects of this down economy and we truly need your help! We rely on the generosity of friends to close the gap between what it costs to educate each child and what we charge in tuition and fees. Fundraising sales alone cannot meet our needs, and therefore we turn to our Annual Giving Drive for the remainder of the support. Your contributions are evident in many aspects: the environmental stewardship program; the updated science curriculum; the financial aid we provide to families in need; the growing library book collection; and the sports programs.

I ask you to please make a tax-deductible gift to Friends Academy this year. Your donation need not be a large sum of money. No gift is too small. Also, many employers have matching gift programs. We can accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card. For your convenience, a return envelope is enclosed.
