Application Process

Applying to Friends Academy is easy! Simply:

1. Download the application and other forms. Complete and return the application with the non-refundable application fee of $35.00.
2. Give the transcript request form to the guidance counselor or principal of your child’s current school.
3. Give the recommendation form to your child’s teacher.

Once your application is received you will be contacted by the school to schedule an interview and testing. Candidates for admission are generally notified about results of testing within several weeks of the interview. An enrollment deposit of $200 is required to confirm enrollment.

Financial Aid
Friends Academy offers financial aid on a limited basis; all awards are based on economic need. Applying for financial aid has no impact on admissions decisions.

Financial Aid Deadline
Financial aid applications are available through the Business Office. All financial aid forms are due no later than May 1st. In addition, a copy of the parent’s Federal Income tax form 1040 must accompany all applications. Awards are typically made in June for the upcoming academic year.
